New column would be needed on Budget Setup page: Estimated (actual)
Currently we can see, if all the estimated costs are realized, what will be the Estimated yearly summary.
However, I can not see, if my yearly spendings, will be possible to be kept based on spendings until now
The Estimated (actual) column should be calculated with this formula:
Daily estimated cost = Estimated (Year) / 365
Estimated (actual) = Daily estimated cost * Days elapsed
Estimated cost: monthly $100 = $1200 / year
Daily estimated cost = 1200 / 365 = $3,287 per day
On 1st august days elapsed is: 180 days
Estimated (actual) = 3,287 * 180 = $591,66
If I see, that I spent $500, then everything is all right.
If I see $800, then it should be displayed with RED and BOLD, because I will spend more than estimated until the end of the year.
