#841 dot versus comma - europe number grouping

hallo!

in europe we dont use dot for decimal, we use comma
can you silve this, by using the settungs in the system/country/language

example for europe: € 12.561,34 (usa: $ 12,561.34 )

ps: if i type 2543,11 the system change it to 2.543,00 (it shows dot and comma as in europe usual but by typing in the filed numbers and a comma it does ignore all characters typing after the comma

This is really annoying. Currently you cannot use the num pad to enter numbers with positions after decimal point.

i have two notbooks with ubuntu 16.04
at one it i cant sve values by typing "dot" 64.44 but i must leave the field with tab and not with enter (in the other it changes to 64.00

on my second notbook also with 16.04 i can not values behind the "dot"
if i type 64.44 it changes to 64.00
if i type 64,44 it changes to 6444.00

i have testet to change from german to english > no effect.

i have removed the programm and reinstalled without change.
i alos have testet it with an old version 1.1.0 > the same problem.
