#813 REPORT OPERATIONS with STARTING AND ENDING BALANCE

When I operate a REPORT OPERATIONS for a certain period in addition to see the transactions, I need to see the opening balance in cash and the final balance. For example (see image) when I query the system on the balance of the year 2015, the system gives me the total according to the transitions of the year (in the picture € 290), but does not take into account that I started the year 2015 150 € in cash (total operation + the opening balance would obviously be 290 + 150 = 440 €). I therefore ask you to add REPORT OPERATIONS also in the starting and ending balance
