#60 Missing Translations

Improvement of the localization. The following strings are actually
not localizable:
1) "Transactions" in the sentence "Follow Up On xx Transactions" in the
Home Page window.
2) Days (Monday, tuesday, etc) and monthes (January, February, etc)
displayed in "Home Page" window and some reports windows.
3) The buttons "Back", "Next", "Finish" and "Cancel" in the "Add
Account Wizard".
4) File\New Database... The wiring of the dialog box "Choose Money
Manager Ex data file to create".
5) File\Open Database... The wiring of the dialog box "Choose Money
Manager Ex data file to open".
6) File\Save Database
As... The wiring of the dialog box "Choose Money
Manager Ex data file to Save As".
7) The buttons "OK" and "Cancel" in the "Export" and "Import" dialog
boxes.

(3), (4), (5), (6), (7) cannot be fixed.
