At Work with no admin rights I just added the latest 64 bit portable from link within mmex to web page and it won't run. in fact said it is a 1.3.3 as the latest but downloads mmex_1.3.1_x64_portable.zip

''System Error' The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

This was not a problem previously.

Even link to latest 1.3.3 portable 64 bit has same issue of looking for api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll
Why has this suddenly crept into poratble version?
