Do you get the error during restore or backup as you have mentioned below. Please confirm.
Your mindi.log abd mondoarchive.log do not show any error.
Additionally, please share the version of RPMs used for Mondo and Mindi
We have an issue, where on one of the Avaya Product, Proactive Contact 4.1.2, on the customer system, the mondo back up failed twice in a row.
The error which it shows is:--------- Fatal error---- Please specify your boot loader and device, e.g. -l GRUB -f /dev/had
This issue has occurred thrice and the reboot fixes this issue. However we are interested in the Cause why this happens, as the customer needs a permanent fix to this problem. We tried analyzing the logs, but could not succeed much over this issue.
Kindly provide us the Root Cause to this problem as early as possible.
