I know, that monast doesn't support Asterisk 10, but I'd like to tell about the error and I hope they will be compatible in the future. When monast.py starts to work, we have the message:
:: Error Requesting Queue Status, reason: Invalid/unknown command: QueueStatus. Use Action: ListCommands to show available commands.
