#14 changing monarch for pre-flight test

i get the following error when i am trying to committ
changes to using the monarch web tool. i understand
it's most likely looking for the nagios config file,
however i am not sure when i can specify this.

/usr/local/groundwork/monarch/workspace/ Is a directory

Try running monarch_update.pl. There are some checks that
will attempt to correct the problem. If it persists,
please posts the steps you took to before the error
occurred.

I have the same problem after a clean install on debian. I
can't do the pre-flight check nor commit anything.
