#9 Lock/show inherited values

All inherited values should be locked by disabling the
entry fields.
I think it would be nice to see the the inherited value
immediately after setting the inheritance checkbox of a
single entry. The 'Set Inheritance' button is unhelpful
because it overwrites all my laboriously inputted data.
