#10 Password for contacts

Hello,

If I create a contact, then I've to execute manually
htpasswd to create a password to that contact in
/usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd.users to let that user
access to nagios web interface.

It would be cool if monarch could include a password
text box to set it when a contact is created and hat it
would run htpasswd automatically.
