The Discover feature is missing in EZ mode on Monarch 2.5.

For some reason the following line is commented out in monarch_tree.cgi:
#if ($auth_add{'ez_discover'}) { push @menus, 'discover' }

Uncommenting this line seems to re-enable the feature.
