#65 Groups nagios.cgi settings aren't built
When you build/export/pre-flight a group instance, the settings for nagios.cfg are taken from the group configuration, but the settings for cgi.cfg are not - they use the global settings. The attached patch to MonarchFile.pm fixes this - the code for building the cgi.cfg was never updated to handle groups...
