Should now run correctly under perl 5.16+ and CGI 4.04+

Hello everybody,

I am having some issues getting mon to do what I need.

I got a few problems.

1) I am monitoring a site that always connects to a nginx server over
port 80, this nginx server runs in memory and will almost never be
offline so its not an reliable detection point, since its provides an
moved perminaently error code because it reconnects to https.

2) How can I let munin monitor on https instead of http this would
work around my first problem?

3) How can I let mon monitor on http IPv6 only and ping6 so I can work
around my nginx server.

4) I know mon is a bit old, if my problems can not be solved can you
recommend an other similar tool that can do the same job easy.
