Speaking of making people feel better, I'd like to replace the ugly
"clientallow" regular expression to control IP access (what was I thinking,
other than programmer laziness, when I submitted that?) with a netmask-aware
version of same.  I noticed a Perl module for parsing netmasks - does anyone
mind if we require Yet One More module in Mon for it to run?
