#84 SetGID set, necessary?

good evening,

i'm curious why this package needs to set mode 02555
for dialin.monitor.wrap? all of the other monitors do
not seem to require it... seems odd.

i'm seeing this in mon-0.99.2, but it may appear
upstream also. any ideas?
