#106 Processes with long names causes false alerts

As was reported at [0], setting up 'mon' with the ps.monitor script which uses Proc::ProcessTable to get a list of the processes on the system.
Processes with very long names are being truncated, causing a false alert in mon.

I'll wait for your opinion on this isse before taking any step.
