I would like to know what the <thread-count> setting in the mom4j-config.xml file controls?

<mom4j-config>
    <server>
        <port>4444</port>
        <admin-port>8888</admin-port>
        <jndi-port>8001</jndi-port>
        <thread-count>3</thread-count>
    </server>
</mom4j-config>

Does this setting control the number of threads used in the JMS server for producer or consumer queue connections, or both?

Do I need to turn this figure up when dealing with many concurrent clients, and many consumers running simultaneously?

Thanks in advance,
Paul
