#6 CPR - Checkpoint and Restart

Hi.
One feature that would be quite nice is the ability to "checkpoint" what you're publishing so that if you need to restart your computer the blocks already published on some servers and the time you've spent publishing something wouldn't be "wasted".
This could (should) probably be automated somehow and controlled from the advanced configure menu.
