#3 Trade needs/resources worldwide

This may qualify for a side project. Or there may be an option to be turned on/off
to participate in the scheme within MJN.

How about a page on this program that consists of 2-3 lists,
Regional, National and Worldwide for example? ...

Each list has ranked items by popularity. Each item consists of an identified local
need. Example : "Starvation".

The local user may rank these items at least in the regional column, as they see fit.

There may be another link from each need to a list of solutions, or option to enter
a solution. Example: "Hijack the pizza place arround the corner" near the bottom
and "come over to my place and take any fruit lying around" near the top for a local
problem of "Starvation".

These options again being open for network voting.

These lists could be distributed across the network and updated automatically.
Maybe this could be done within regions, nations, and across the entire net.
Certainly a programming challenge, but I imagine in a similar way Napster
calculates the basic number of files, users etc.
