Some people use ISPs that require all outgoing port 80 requests to go out through the web proxy. There is no obvious way to configure the mojo proxy to connect to the firewall proxy. This is a pretty basic requirement.
the proxy is annoying. chaining is possible via its command line or the http_proxy environment variable but we've taken the better approach for now: we no longer recommend using the proxy.
