#229 Win32: Proxy does not exit when user logs off Windows

Using Windows 98; family login (to allow personalized accounts for different family members).

When user logs out, *ALL* applications that started from his/her 'startup' folder should be terminated. The Mojo Proxy is not doing so. Even more interestingly, if the same user later logs back in, another instance of the Mojo Proxy will be started (I will log this as a seperate bug).

Note due to SourceForge's nearly impossible login system: this is GrimmTooth from the mailing list :-)

This is also probably SIMILAR to the defect already logged (i.e. two copies of proxy running) but it is not 100% certain.
