#1 mojoclicks_def.php file missing from tarball

About Mojo Clicks v1.1 ...

Is mojoclicks_def.php a file that should be inside
extracted files or do we have to create it? Because it
is not there.

Extract files:
1) mc.php
2) mc.sql
3) mc_def.php
4) mc_stats.php
to your web server.

Any clues appreciated. Thank you.
