MOFO Linux 4.7 may be on one of the bit torrent trackers. It is very old, though - you may have a better time if you install the apps you want on a recent 32 bit system. MX Linux or BunsenLabs are nice base systems.
You can get the Bash and Python scripts for MOFO Linux at Github.com/AB9IL/MOFO-Linux-v8 . The most used apps, like Outline, Lantern, and Psiphon-Tunnel-Core are on Github as well. Algo and Streisand are also over there, and they are excellent tools for setting up your own VPN on a remote server.
I hope this helps. A 32 bit machine can work for you for years, especially if you keep it lightly loaded with the apps you really want to use and avoid things not as useful.
