More Fields, More Rules, Sorting

The CVS Head now has more field types, more validation rules and a way to do a getAllSorted for a contentObjectType. Once I figure out some basic filtering I'll release as 0.2. I may also hold off until we implement multi-value fields and complete SELECT boxes and multi-checkbox Form elements.
