[Modules] Modules chat room

Dear All,

In addition to this mailing-list, I am opening a chat room for the
Modules project.

This chat room is made for the Modules community to exchange on use
cases, needs, questions, recipes, etc.

On the projects I follow, I observe that chats are these days a
preferred way to exchange than mailing-list. So I believe having a
chat for Modules in addition to the mailing-list could be a good
thing.

Modules chat room is relying on the Matrix open protocol. You may use
the Element app to access it for instance. (provided link will let you
choose what app you would like to use)

As the other places of this community, the Code of Conduct of the
project applies on this new chat:
