[Modules] New hide_auto_loaded option

Dear All,

The "hide_auto_loaded" configuration will be introduced on next
Modules release (v5.5).

When enabled, all modules that are auto loaded are automatically
tagged hidden-loaded, not to show them by default on "module list"
output (unless --all option is set).
