[Modules] Add completetion for "ml" command

Hello,

Would it be possible to add shell completion for the almost-new < ml > command.
On my side, using tcsh as my loggin shell, I have defined the following :

  complete ml 'c/-/`_module_loaded`/' \
              'p/1/`_module_not_yet_loaded; echo "-"`/'

Which is working quite well.
