[Modules] Extra specifiers

Hello All,

New feature unveil for next version (5.3): Extra specifiers.

Extra specifiers can be specified with element:name syntax as part of
module specification on module search commands (avail, paths and and
whatis).

With them it is possible for instance to list available modules
modifying a given environment variable or requiring a given module.
