[Modules] Modules 5.0 is almost there

Hi All,

Modules 5.0 should be out in a few days. The 'changes' doc that
describes the updated behaviors and new features compared to Modules 4
has just been finished:

All the changes made for this new major version are also listed in the
NEWS document:

Now I need to update the MIGRATING (aka "New features") document and
after that everything will be ready for launch.
