[Modules] Configuring avail/list output

Hello All,

Next Modules version will allow to control what content should be
reported in the output of the `avail` or `list` sub-commands.

To achieve so, new configuration options and command line switches are
introduced to define if you just want the module names to be reported
or if their properties (symbols, tags, key section, ...) should also
be part of the output.
