[Modules] Printing messages to users on module load

Hello,

I'm very new to Environment Modules but they've quickly proven to be a
great tool.

I haven't figured out how to print messages to the users shell when
they run module load <module>. My intention is to print out what other
dependant modules may have been loaded, followed by a text string.

Example
# module load A
Loaded module A, also loading modules B, C, D as dependencies.
Another string of text here.
