[Modules] TWiki for modules?

I'm using TWiki for a couple of projects and finding it to be very useful.

For example, we are just starting to grow the public areas for the TWiki we
installed for http://www.ntp.org .

I believe it would be very useful to the modules community to have a TWiki
where people could discuss and share various implementation methods as well
as have a place to hold, archive, and edit various proposals and
discussions.

Thoughts?

If this is a good idea, any ideas on where this could be "homed"?
