[Modules] Order of items in "module list"

Does the order in which modulefiles are displayed by "module list" have
anything to do with load order?

I ask because I have put "module load" commands in specific order in certain
"master" modulefiles, and I notice that the order in which these modulefiles
is displayed by by "module list" is real different.

Bug or feature?
