Yes, I've seen this before. I traced it back to our TCL installation not being
properly installed, but there was a work around setting an environment variable
to find the TCL initialization script. Unfortunately, I don't remember what it
was, and I'm too busy to go hunting. sorry.. you'll want to point to init.tcl,
which is somewhere under /usr/local/lib/tcl8.* usually.
