I'd agree however what I do is. I install them with /soft/rko-modules/(Version) and then have links in /soft/rko-modules that point to the approprate bin, init etc... (its actually a little more complicated because we have multiple platforms but thats the basic idea) That way I can have two instances and test out a new version before switching the default for everyone over.
