Modules support both perl and emacs. Try

modulecmd emacs load modulename 

or

modulecmd perl load modulename

For perl there is an init file which can be found in the Modules
distribution, I don't know of an init file for emacs. Something like
this might be a start:

  (interactive "s")
  (eval
