Well then, 

It would seem everything is set up in SourceForge -
mailing list, tasks, descriptions, web page...
I don't yet know Dan Berger's sf name,
so he can't be an admin until i find that out. 

Now, i guess,
the time has come to announce this on ruby-talk and start getting an inflow 
of ideas, feature requests, patches, &c.
