[Module::Build] Change install_base

Hi All,

Is there any way to change the install_base after constructing a  
Module::Build object? I'm working on a subclass, and I'd like to  
change the install_base in the subclass constructor, depending on  
other properties that might be set (such as the location of a config  
file that contains the install path in it).

Sure, $self->install_base($new_val) should work.
