I looked through their services listings, and it doesn't look like we'd
be able to import the CVS repository and maintain history. 'cvs
import' will mess with branches, won't it?
We probably care about CVS and mailing lists, plus web pages (which
savannah has) and file releases (which aren't a big deal but it's handy
to have instantly-downloadable tarballs). I don't think savannah has a
file release mechanism, at least not that I can find.

Yeah. I'm divided about whether to use it for a project like this one
though, where it might be an obstacle to more people getting involved.
