This was initially due to bugs in YAML version 0.49x. It has been fixed 
in M::B developer releases for a while, but I guess it never made the 
way back to the 0.26x releases. Ken, are you planning to release another 
0.26x before 0.28?

I actually just released 0.2612 on Sunday.  It fixed a YAML issue  
there, but I didn't change the dependency spec.  We could make  
another release with that change if it's warranted - someone should  
make sure we actually do work with the latest YAMLs, though. =)

Yes, the newer YAML's work fine with the 0.26x releases.  In fact the last time
I reinstalled 0.2611, I just manually editted the Build.PL so it wouldn't whine
at me... ;-)
