Please! Pretty-please!  (Actually, after 0.28 would be fine.)

But I'd *really* like to be able to use Subversion/SVK to hack 
Module::Build.  At least for me, it would definitely lower the 
contribution hurdle.  It might for others as well, particularly if you 
can allow users their own private branches they can commit to; that 
others can pull from; and that you can pull from to merge changes.
