I'm trying to build Mason which needs Module::Build.
I can't get Module::Build to install via cpanplus.
Environment is Centos 4.3 (RHEL).
Here is the output when I try and build:

Is CPAN not up-to-date or something?
I have also seen this error, but not lately:
Couldn't run Build.PL: Argument list too long at
/root/.cpanplus/5.8.5/build/Module-Build-0.2804/blib/lib/Module/Build/Compat.pm
line 200
There was a brief mention of this error in the list archives, but no
solutiuon. I am currently stuck with the preceeding error.
