[Module::Build] Wrapup: Are there any open issues I haven't recently addressed?

After losing my notes, I'm at a little bit of a disadvantage.

If there are any open issues that I haven't responded to in the last few 
days or that are not already logged in RT, please let me know.

Those that I have responded to I hope to wrap up this week, in the next 
few days if the proposed solutions are sufficient.

Yes, thanks. I'll probably put this on the list for after 0.28. This 
goes with a class of issues I had wanted to look at at some point in the 
future regarding all files that are generated. For example, should 
META.yml and README (if auto-generated) be created only in the 
'distdir', not generated in the root of the build?
