A) I'm moving all of my modules to M::B (only Math::FixedPrecision is left);

B) I've been using M::B with version.pm since May 2005 and (apart from recent
$author precipitated failures) no one has complained (except for AdamK, which
seems to be at least partly philosophical in nature).

I don't want to go through the hassle of subclassing EU::MM to perform the kind
of sophisticated build behavior that I'm trying to do (so far unsuccessfully)
with version.pm (vis automatically choose the pure Perl or XS mode).
