That sounds excellent.  However, two requests:

1) Could this code not just be folded into the M::B distribution =
immediately
as an additional action.  For example:

./Build htmldocs css=3Dhttp://perldoc.com/css/perldoc.css...

I should think that this would increase its take-up.

2) I would be keen to see all of the options to Pod::Html supported.
In particular, I would like to use --cachedir option.
