Indeed.  Dave, do you suppose you could revive the CGI.pm patch?

Yeah, or I suppose I could just not make any recommendation at all and 
make sure people know what their options are.  When I think of various 
other recommendations in the perl documentation I tend to disagree with 
them, or think them presumptuous.
