I have a bunch that do that, including DateTime::TimeZone,
DateTime::Locale, DateTime::Format::MySQL, DateTime::Format::ICal,
Log::Dispatch, Alzabo, and Thesaurus.  The last one may have been the
first module to ever use the passthrough Makefile.PL stuff.
