For the record, with the new "lowest common denominator" makefile
changes, the original name INSTALL should now work fine on all
platforms and with all makes, case sensitive or not. Up to you
whether you want to change the name back again.

Also for the record, I am not a Savage, but I think I am starting
to like the way you spelt my name. No, really I am. Reminds of the

Hurrah, 0.18_03 passed all tests on Windows -- the first of the 0.18
series to do that for me. :-) However, I have not tested with
Module::Signature yet (I have found it quite a trial to get
Module::Signature to fly on Windows).
