[Module-build-general] [Module::Signature] Module::Build works on 5.005 now

I noticed the following in the docs for Module::Signature:

        And if you're not worried about compatibility of Perl
        5.005 and earlier versions, willing to inflict the depen-
        dency of Module::Build on your users, and prefer a more
        full-fledged testing package, Iain Truskett's Test::Signa-
        ture might be a better choice.

Thanks to some of the people working on Module::Build patches, recent 
versions of it work on 5.005.  So the first of those caveats could 
probably be taken out.
