In that case, how about tweaking the EU::ParseXS test to make sure that
the module actually loads, and skipping tests if it doesn't.  If people
are sharing pure Perl modules between multiple Perl installations, they
might be put off from installing Module::Build with 5.00503 if there are
test failures.
